Terms of Service

Court Commander is a community tool. We expect users to behave respectfully towards one another.

• Real Names: You agree to use your real name as provided by your Google or Firebase authentication provider. Impersonation is not permitted.
• Respectful Interaction: You are responsible for your conduct within groups. Harassment, abuse, or any form of disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

Group administrators ("Admins") have the authority to manage their own groups to ensure they are run smoothly and fairly.

• Admins can invite, approve, and remove members from their groups at their discretion.
• Admins can create, edit, and delete session data within their groups to maintain order and accuracy.

Your account security is managed through Firebase Authentication (e.g., your Google account). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Court Commander is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Court Commander is an organizational tool. We are not involved in the physical activities it helps to schedule.

• We are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during badminton games or related events.
• We are not responsible for disputes between players, groups, or admins.
• The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Court Commander at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is otherwise harmful to other users of the app, including but not limited to system abuse or data scraping attempts.
